I have meditated for decades with excellent results. However meditation is commonly judged as a complicated discipline. This book, if read as a means to a wonderful life, will be a tremendous help to be what you really want!
It helps to read this in a few sessions. Now I have to implement the sage advice and be more conscious of my inner true Self. Thank you for providing motivation.
This book may be ok for a spiritual novice as a brief overview, but the author seems to be summarizing everything she has learned. The writing doesn't flow well and there is not much depth here. A couple of her recommended exercises are helpful, as they are another option to use that I haven't seen before.
If you never find time to read another book, this one is well worth it. I just finished it. It is a comfortable read that draws you back to it, unlike a lot of textbook type 'self help'. The author relays her information in a way you feel like you're listening to advice from a friend. This one will stay in my library of 'must keep to re-read'. ❤️
